Karachi (City Desk) – June 6, 2024: The inaugural meeting of the Pakistan Philippines Business Council (PPBC) was successfully held at the Federation House of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industries (FPCCI) in Karachi. The meeting was jointly chaired by Asif Inam, Vice President of FPCCI, and Atif Iqbal, Honorary Consul General of the Philippines in Sindh.
Dr. Imran Yousuf, Chairman of the PPBC, presided over the conference, which saw participation from key dignitaries. Sheikh Imran Aziz, Honorary Consul General, and Fareeha Khan, Trade and Investment Officer of Pakistan, ensured their presence via Zoom. The attendees discussed various avenues for strengthening trade relations and investment opportunities between Pakistan and the Philippines.
